Introspect Technology was founded in 2012 as a new test and measurement company focused on high-speed serial interfaces. The company has experienced revenue and market share growth in every year of its existence since 2012, and this accomplishment is in no small part due to this focus on customer experience and customer service. Our products have a consistent ability to elicit emotions of satisfaction and joy from its users. This meant that our development team was allowed and encouraged to interact directly with customers and receive feedback about the product directly from them. Closing the feedback loop in such fashion has resulted in a very customer-centric company.
Additionally, the desire to create exceptional user experience was born out of the development team’s own needs of increasing efficiency and productivity within their workflow. Thus, when it came to delivery of features, the mindset was not one of “us versus them” approach but rather “can we be customers of our own products?”.
