The premier event for the electronics industry
The Electronics Industry Awards, organised by Components in Electronics (CIE) publisher Datateam Business Media, is back for 2022 to celebrate the very best professionals, products, projects and companies from across the electronics sector.
Now in its fifth year, the awards scheme quickly established itself as a key event on the industry calendar and an Electronics Industry Award trophy now represents a truly unique, indepent stamp of approval – separating the winners from their competitors and opening up doors for new business opportunities.
The organisers look forward to giving professionals from across the electronics field a chance to celebrate their collective achievements and rewarding market leaders from across the blossoming sector at the Electronics Industry Awards ceremony on Wednesday 28 September 2022 at a central London location.

HOW IT WORKS
The Electronics Industry Awards follows a simple three step process, with a tried & tested decision-making process which ensures that only those with the highest levels of technical expertise and outstanding reputations are selected as winners.
If you’re looking for a unique and impactful way to raise your companies profile in the electronics industry, look no further than an Electronics Industry Awards sponsorship. With bespoke packages, you can tailor the perfect match for your budget and requirements.
The pandemic prevented us from hosting our usual evening of celebration, but we were determined to ensure that those that had quite rightly been selected as winners still got their moment in the spotlight – so we held the first ever live-streamed Electronics Industry Awards ceremony which was a huge success. You can look back at it in the adjacent video!
Thankfully, we are very pleased to announce that the 2021 Electronics Industry Awards will take place live and in-person at the beautiful London venue, The Tower Hotel.
We cannot wait to see you all and give well-deserved recognition to the winners in each category. While we gear up for the event, don’t forget to book your places for this unmissable celebration of industry excellence.
“Our mission is to ultimately provide a sustainable future for generations to come. The electronics sector is best equipped and positioned to directly influence a sustainable use of energy resources… The Electronics Industry Awards recognises good work, which is inspiring and energising to all involved and helps to get our story out there.”
– Kelvin Hagebeuk European Marketing Manager, Yokogawa Test & Measurement
“We are very proud to have won the Customer Service award. That is the area within our business which we focus on more than any other! The Electronics Industry Awards is a very good way of recognising the achievements of businesses in our sector that achieve excellence.“
– Roy Phillips Owner Intelliconnect
“Gaining recognition for the hard work of employees and the electronics they produce can make a big difference to moral and motivates us to continue to innovate. Awards add credibility; yes some applications can take time but if it results in a win, or even being shortlisted, then it’s definitely worth it!“
– Paige Lee Marketing Executive Plessey Semiconductors
“The fact that the winners are decided by our customers, peers from across the industry and an expert panel of judges means that winning an accolade is huge for us. Whilst recognition is great, for us the most important aspect of these events is the discussions they create. Being in such a fast pace environment, we do not have many opportunities to network with the industry – so through canvassing for votes and socialising at the event, we got to meet some wonderful people.“
– Ryan Pellow Sales Director NCAB Group UK
